Terms of Service
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms apply when you use LetsMeet. They are deliberately short. Using the app means you accept them.
What LetsMeet is
LetsMeet helps a group find a meeting time. It reads when participants are busy — from a calendar you connect, or from times you mark by hand — and proposes times that work. It is a scheduling aid: the meeting itself, and whether anyone turns up to it, is between you and the people you invite.
Early software
LetsMeet is in active development. Features change, and some are not built yet; where that is true the app says so rather than pretending otherwise. Please do not rely on it as the only record of an appointment that matters.
Your account
Your account is your phone number, verified by a one-time passcode. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive its messages can sign in as you. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LetsMeet.
Inviting other people
When you invite someone by phone number, you are asking us to send that person a message on your behalf. Only invite people who would expect to hear from you. Do not use LetsMeet to send unsolicited messages, and do not upload numbers you have no relationship with.
The number you type or pick is the only thing that reaches us — your address book stays on your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use LetsMeet to harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, calendars or data that are not yours.
- Do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to work around its rate limits and abuse controls.
- Do not use it for anything unlawful where you are.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
Calendars
Connecting a calendar is optional and reversible. When you connect one you authorize us to read your free/busy times only, for as long as the connection lasts. We never write to your calendar. You can disconnect in the app or revoke access with your provider at any time.
Your content
Meeting titles, locations and the answers you give remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — storing that content, showing it to the participants of the meeting it belongs to, and processing it to compute times. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not use it to train anything.
Ending it
You can stop using LetsMeet at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected] . Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend service to an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service itself — with notice where we reasonably can.
No warranty, and the limits of our liability
LetsMeet is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that a suggested time will suit everyone, or that a message will always arrive. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a meeting that did not happen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. For a material change we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use LetsMeet after that means you accept the change.
Who you are contracting with
LetsMeet is operated by Lets Group Serviços Ltda, a company registered in São Paulo, Brazil under CNPJ 68.619.136/0001-18. These terms are an agreement between you and that company.
