LetsMeet

LetsMeet finds a time everyone can actually make.

LetsMeet is a mobile app for scheduling a meeting with a group. It looks at when each participant is busy — never at what they are doing — and proposes the times that work for everyone at once.

The organiser sends one link. Guests answer with a tap, with or without an account. No thread of “does Tuesday work for you?”

How it works

  1. 1

    Create the meeting

Choose who needs to be there, how long it should last, and the window it should land in — this week, the next two, up to four.

  2. 2

    Availability arrives

Each participant connects a calendar or marks their busy times by hand. Either way, LetsMeet only ever learns the intervals when they are unavailable.

  3. 3

    The best times, ranked

Required participants decide whether a time is possible at all; optional ones raise its score. The organiser picks one, and everyone receives the confirmed invitation.

What LetsMeet reads from your calendar

One scope, and it returns intervals
When you connect Google Calendar, LetsMeet requests a single scope — calendar.freebusy. It answers with periods of time: busy from 14:00 to 15:00. That is the whole of it.
Never the contents of an event
Titles, guests, locations, notes and attachments are not requested and never reach our servers. There is no code in LetsMeet that could read them.
Read-only
LetsMeet does not create, change or delete anything in your calendar. No write permission is requested.
Held briefly, then dropped
Busy intervals are normalised, used to compute the suggestions, and discarded after a short retention period. The privacy policy states it in full.

The same principle applies to every calendar provider LetsMeet supports: availability in, nothing else.
